The City of Ottawa informed us that starting the week of October 29, when the City switches to bi-weekly garbage collection, our new garbage collection day will change to Tuesday. Further, this will be a "blue box" week (i.e., there will be two consecutive "blue box" collection days on Wednesday, October 24 and Tuesday, October 30).

External taps
Winter is coming! Please remember to drain and shut off all exterior taps of your unit. Should the pipes freeze and burst, the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the unit owner.
Smoke detectors
All units received a form requesting that you confirm the presence of the requisite number of working smoke detectors in your unit. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Property Manager. Should you fail to return this form, the Property Manager will be required to complete the work on your behalf or advise the Fire Marshall of the City of Ottawa; any associated costs will be the responsibility of the unit owner.

It is with great sadness that we learned this morning that Mr. Charles Connolly, who served as our condominium's auditor for many years, passed away yesterday. Our condolences to Mr. Connolly's family members and friends.

Cobourgcourt.ca is now running on the latest version of the Joomla! content management software. The content remains the same, but the appearance of the site has changed.
